Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PayerVista, a healthcare revenue cycle management platform that helps agencies review claim status, denials, remittances, and related operational data.

Effective date: April 8, 2026

1. Use of the service

You may use PayerVista only for lawful business purposes and only in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your organization, users, and uploaded data comply with applicable payer, privacy, and healthcare regulations.

2. Accounts and access

Each workspace is associated with a single customer organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, assigning appropriate user roles, and promptly removing access when a teammate should no longer use the platform.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to PayerVista. By using the service, you authorize PayerVista to process, store, and display that data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for your organization.

4. Healthcare and HIPAA responsibilities

PayerVista is intended to support healthcare billing workflows, but you remain responsible for determining whether your use requires a Business Associate Agreement and for making sure protected health information is handled appropriately. If you require a signed BAA before broader use, obtain that agreement before uploading regulated data.

5. Billing and subscription changes

Paid subscription terms, when enabled, will be described in your order form, pricing page, or billing workflow. If billing is introduced later, those commercial terms will become part of these terms once presented to you during purchase or renewal.

6. Availability and support

PayerVista will continue improving the platform, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may evolve over time, and we may perform maintenance, security updates, or infrastructure changes that affect availability.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another customer's data or workspace.
  • Do not upload malicious files, invalid credentials, or unlawful content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service.
  • Do not use the service in a way that violates privacy, billing, or payer rules.

8. Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if use of the platform creates security risk, violates these terms, or threatens the stability of the service for other customers.

9. Changes to these terms

PayerVista may update these terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are intended as a practical launch-ready baseline and may be refined with formal legal review before broader commercial rollout.
