This Privacy Policy explains how PayerVista collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, or use the application.

Account details such as name, email address, organization name, and user role.
Operational data you upload or generate in the service, including claim and remittance data.
Technical information such as IP address, browser details, and basic usage logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

To create and maintain your workspace and user accounts.
To parse uploads, display analytics, and power application features.
To send authentication, verification, password reset, and service-related emails.
To monitor performance, investigate errors, and protect the platform from abuse.

3. Sharing and subprocessors

PayerVista may rely on infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, and error monitoring. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service. PayerVista does not sell customer data.

4. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information stored in the platform. No internet-based service is perfectly secure, but PayerVista is designed to minimize unnecessary exposure and to retain data only as long as needed for operations, compliance, and customer support.

5. HIPAA-related use

If you use PayerVista with regulated healthcare information, you are responsible for determining whether a Business Associate Agreement is required for your organization and use case. PayerVista may request confirmation of BAA acceptance during signup or contracting.

6. Your choices

Workspace administrators can manage team access and certain account data inside the application. If you need additional assistance with account changes or data handling, use the support or contact path provided to your organization during onboarding.

7. Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product matures. If material changes are made, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
